Innovative Design, Growing Quality and Technological Prowess
Chrysler Group has built a reputation for its innovative design and segment-defining vehicles such as 10 million-seller Chrysler minivan and the groundbreaking Chrysler PT Cruiser. The Group continues to strengthen its position with innovative vehicles that clearly demonstrate the products' growing quality and technological prowess.
First shown in Japan at the 37th Tokyo Motor Show, Chrysler Crossfire was developed without undermining the "Concept to Reality" design philosophy but combining the world-class technology with a stunning American design. Crossfire will hit the showroom in Japan this December.
And, after almost 50 years since Chrysler introduced its fabled "letter series cars", Chrysler
300C Touring Concept, with all-new rear-wheel-drive performance and the return of legendary HEMI® engine, signals a dramatic new direction for Chrysler while solidifying the brands' premium position in the market. |

Chrysler & Jeep Stand
Chrysler/Jeep Stand is designed distinctively with two different brands' themes.
The theme of Chrysler Stand is its refinement and luxury. Exciting products are displayed such as original "minivan" Chrysler Voyager celebrating its 20th anniversary from its debut in 1983, and world popular Chrysler PT Cruiser, and Chrysler Crossfire, are displayed. Moreover, Chrysler 300C Touring Concept, unveiled at Frankfurt International Auto Show, makes its debut in Asia.
Jeep Stand matches with its images of nature, outdoor, and rugged images. Jeep is known for "go anywhere, do anything" and it is often used as the synonym to describe 4 wheel-drive vehicles.
The newest models from Jeep brand are on display. These include the restyled and flagship of Jeep brand, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Cherokee which provides the perfect balance of off-road capability and on-road refinement, and Jeep Wrangler, the original and symbol of Jeep. "Route 66 Meets the Autobahn" Chrysler's
all-new 2004 Crossfire, a sports coupe that combines
American design with German engineering, was developed
in just 24 months after a concept version of the
car was revealed at the 2001 North American International
Auto Show in Detroit. The new Chrysler Crossfire
which combines expressive American design and
personality with technology, performance and proportions
ideally suited for Europe and other International
markets, will be launched on December, 2003 in
Japan. The goal was to produce a genuine driver's
car, the ultimate expression of the Chrysler brand
essence, and a true reflection of the brand?s
core value expressive, confident, romantic and
refined. Crossfire is an icon for the Chrysler

With its long hood and fastback boat tail, Crossfire's
profile will became instantly recognisable around
the globe. The name "Crossfire" was conceived
during the development of the vehicle's distinctive
character line, which moves precisely and rapidly
from front to rear. One of the Crossfire's most
distinguishing features is its center spine that
runs the length of the car and provides a chiseled,
carved appearance. The line starts at the front
grill and ends between the dual exhaust pipes. This
distinctive line also appears on door handles and
exterior mirrors.
Chrysler Crossfire's rear view is stunning with
a tapered, "boat tail" appearance that
emphasizes its mammoth rear wheels, tiers and fenders.
A retractable spoiler is designed into the rear
of the vehicle and activates when the car reaches
the designated speed of 60 miles per hour (about
96.54 km/h)
Chrysler Crossfire's sophisticated two-tone, twin
cockpit interior complements the exterior. The distinctive
exterior center spine shape also appears on the
center console, shifter and instrument panel. From
the driver's seat, the center pine shape appears
to continue from the instrument panel through the
windshield and on to the hood. It is also integrated
into the interior headliner.
The 2004 Chrysler Crossfire is a low-slung, two
seat sports coupe with a sculptured appearance.
Under its hood is a 3.2-liter 90-degree V-6, 18-valve
SOHC engine available with five-speed automatic
transmission. |
